Senator Miller requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 288(L&C) am S "An Act relating to procurement                   
preferences and authorizing certain state real property lease                  
extensions; and providing for an effective date" be taken up at this           
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 288(L&C) am S was before the Senate                      
on reconsideration.                                                            
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                 
288(L&C) am S "An Act relating to procurement preferences and                  
authorizing certain state real property lease extensions; and providing        
for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the
